1. The service

Kollab is an influencer-marketing service operated by USPROJECT LLC ("the agency"). Clients purchase a campaign service from the agency: creator matching, campaign management, content review and publication verification. Payment by the client is payment for the agency's service.

2. Creators are independent contractors

Creators perform work as independent contractors of the agency under a separate Independent Contractor Agreement. Nothing on this platform creates an employment relationship.

3. Content rights

Organic usage rights to delivered content are included in every campaign. Usage in paid advertising is agreed per brief before the campaign starts and is recorded in the order terms.

4. Payment

Campaign payments are processed by Stripe. Amounts, currency and what the payment covers are shown before payment. Refunds are handled case-by-case by the agency.

5. Advertising disclosure

All sponsored content must carry the legally required advertising disclosure (e.g. #ad). The agency reviews deliverables for disclosure before acceptance.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are versioned and existing users are asked to re-accept where required.
